I have long understood the importance of stretching but never known about myofascial stretching before a friend convinced me to try it. This book is clearly written and easy to follow. Perfect book to get me started on my trigger point therapy. The ball really helps get into the tissues and loosen them up. I really enjoyed this book and definitely worth keeping!

If you have other concommitent illness you can consult with doctor. However, this is a very good book to give you comfort and now you can follow it.
I find this book very helpful. It explains myofascial release techniques in an easy to understand manner, and the exercises presented are very effective in relieving pain and they're very easy do, the exercises follow the concept of the 2 types of myofascial release treatment, the direct and indirect release. It also touches on different variations of myofascial release including the pros and cons.
This summary is very straightforward; no muss no fuss. Some diagrams would be beneficial, but you answer a lot of your own questions once you actually try the techniques. Does it make a difference? Certainly it did for me. Especially after a few sessions. It seemed to take awhile to really notice the change, but at one point I found that I could move my shoulder without it really hurting. Relief for sure!
After reading this book, the team “Myofascial release” is no longer strange to me, this book illustrates different types of myofascial release treatments which sound effective. But with the one most impressed me is that just using a ball to tackle various types of pain is really great, not only cheap and self-manageable, but most importantly it is safer than medications. I will definitely try it to see whether those techniques are effective. This book is good, thanks to writer and Keep up!
Myofascial release is a foreign word for me but not anymore after I read this book. This book talks about flexibility to the muscles just like that of an athlete. The body needs it even for non-athletes like me. It also helps or avoid injury. This book has tips that enable readers to practice flexibility by themselves and in the confines of their home. I find it useful. I want to try it at home too now that I am getting older.
Myofascial Release is a holistic treatment method for pain that seems to be gaining ground in society, particularly with athletes. This type of pressure point massage technique is useful because you can do it yourself. The author does a nice job explaining this technique and the take action factors for each body part. I've used this technique myself and find it extremely helpful. Particularly because I often get tight muscles from heavy weight training.
I prefer to loosen my muscles first with a bath and then use a variety of myofascial release techniques.
The writing is clear and inviting, as the author writes with authority and leaves you wanting to know more. To me that's a good book. I do wish it was a little longer but that's just me.
Bottom line, I recommend you grab this book and let the author know your thoughts!
Well done!
